What information I collect
When you contact The Gentle Vet through the website, I may receive your name, contact details, address, pet details and the information you choose to include in your message. This information is used to respond to your enquiry, arrange an appointment and provide veterinary services.
Contact forms
Website enquiries are submitted through a secure form service provided by Netlify. I only use the information you provide for the purpose for which you supplied it, such as contacting you about your pet or arranging a visit.
WhatsApp, phone and email
If you contact me by phone, WhatsApp or email, the information you share is handled through those services and used to communicate with you about your enquiry or appointment.
Cookies and analytics
The website does not currently require you to create an account and does not use advertising cookies. If analytics or other third-party tools are added in future, this policy will be updated as appropriate.
How long information is kept
I keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and to meet applicable professional, legal and record-keeping obligations.
