What I can promise you is a peaceful process. A sedative is given first, so your pet drifts into a deep, comfortable sleep before anything else happens. They feel nothing. They are simply... at rest. Then, gently, they go. It is quiet. It is calm. It is how it should be.
No drive to the practice. No waiting room. No being taken to a back room alone. Just your home, your family, your pet's favourite spot — and someone who has done this hundreds of times and will guide you through every moment.

I arrive at your home at the agreed time. We take a few minutes to settle your pet and talk through everything before we begin.
A gentle sedative is given first so your pet is deeply relaxed and unaware. Then the euthanasia injection. It is very peaceful.
If you'd like cremation, I take care of everything. You choose individual or communal, and whether you want ashes returned.

Your pet is cremated alongside other animals. Ashes are not returned individually but are scattered in a peaceful setting. Arranged entirely by me — you don't need to make a single call.
Your pet is cremated alone. Their ashes are returned to you in a scatter tube or box, usually within a few days. Arranged by me in partnership with Kind Funerals. You don't need to make a single call.
Guinea pigs, rabbits, rats, birds, reptiles, ferrets and other small animals. Handled with the same care and gentleness.
Questions
No fasting needed. Feed them their favourite food that morning — something they love, even something they wouldn't normally have. This day is theirs. No restrictions, no clinical preparation. Just love.
Never. I do not use muzzles. Your pet will not be restrained. They stay in your arms, in their own home, calm and comfortable from the moment I arrive.
No. A sedative is given first, so your pet falls into a deep, comfortable sleep before anything else happens. The other injection is given only when they are fully relaxed and unaware. It is completely peaceful.
There is no rush. Sedation takes around 5–15 minutes to take full effect. Once your pet is settled and sleeping, the process itself is very quick — a matter of seconds. I stay as long as you need me to afterwards.
Yes — and I encourage it. Children, other pets, everyone who loves them. You choose who is present. Your pet should be surrounded by the people they love. That is the whole point of doing this at home.
Wherever your pet is most comfortable — their bed, the sofa, the garden, a favourite corner. You choose. I bring everything I need.
I work with trusted cremation partners who collect your pet directly from your home. You can choose individual cremation with ashes returned, communal cremation, or make your own arrangements. There is no pressure and no rush to decide.
I will always try. Same-day appointments are often available across London and within 40 miles. Message me and I will do everything I can.

What the day looks like
When you're ready, you message or call. There's no form to fill in, no hold music, no receptionist. Just me.
We agree a time that works for you. I come to your home — usually within a few hours.
When I arrive, there's no rush. I sit with you. I explain everything that's going to happen, step by step, so there are no surprises. You can ask me anything.
When you're ready — and only when you're ready — I give a gentle sedative and pain relief injection under the skin. It's painless. Within a few minutes your pet becomes deeply relaxed, drowsy, and unaware. Most pets simply rest their head. They are not frightened. They don't know what is happening.
When they are fully at peace, the other injection is given. It takes seconds. Their breathing slows, and stops. It is completely quiet. It looks exactly like sleep, because in every way that matters, it is.
You can hold them the whole time. You can talk to them. You can play their favourite song. There is no wrong way to do this.
I stay as long as you need. I don't rush to the door.
Before leaving, your pet will be wrapped with care — in a soft white cotton sheet, a blanket, or whatever you choose to send them with. Afterwards, if you've chosen cremation, I take care of everything. You don't need to make a single call.
